How to Play:

  • At the start of each round, you are given a famous quote.
  • Every letter from the quote is added to your "letter pool"
  • You must type (either with your keyboard or by clicking letters on screen) NEW WORDS and submit them (Enter)
  • Each letter will score individually
  • Once your score is high enough, you will have the chance to get an item and then advance to the next round
  • If you win 5 rounds, you win the game!

Known Bugs:

  • If you play the game well, you may grab all the items, which leads to a minor visual bug where, at the end of the round, it will say "Choose an item" but really it just immediately starts the next round.
  • If you play the game REALLY WELL and get to round like 22-ish, the game will break and you can just infinitely skip to the next round. Consider this the "kill screen" of the game (but remember, you win the game after round 5).

love it. some of your best work

also add a pause button

Thanks for the feedback. A pause button would compromise the design of the game as-is, since pausing the timer would give you extra time to think of words (even if you can't see the keyboard). Now, an options menu and the like, I can do, but I'm lowkenuinely undecided on whether I'm going to continue working on this game.

add lowkenuinely pretty please
